1. What forms of payment do you accept?

The Packers Pro Shop accepts MasterCard, Visa and Packers Pro Shop gift cards. You may safely enter your entire credit card number or gift card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

3. How much do you charge for shipping? Do you ship overseas?

4. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

The Packers Pro Shop does not ship to PO Boxes. You must list a street address for shipping.

5. Is there sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the states of Wisconsin (5%) and Michigan (6%). It is automatically computed on our online order form.

6. How do I add to or subtract from my order?

It is very important to verify your order information before concluding your purchase because we cannot add to or make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

If you have made an error while ordering, please cancel your order with us as soon as possible and place a new one with the appropriate corrections online.

Most items in the Packers Pro Shop catalog are featured on the Packers Pro Shop Online. 9. I have Packers Checking. How do I get my 10% discount on items ordered at the Packers Pro Shop?

To receive your 10% discount on your order, you will need to visit the Packers Pro Shop in person, or order through the Packers Pro Shop catalog. When placing your order through the catalog, be sure to include a copy of your Packers check. Click here to request a catalog.

10. What is your returns policy?

For Credit all items must be received in their original unworn or unused condition.

1. Please complete the return form included with your purchase.

2. If you are returning a gift, please tell us the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise. (Providing this information will keep your return confidential).

3. Your return will be processed as follows:

Items must be returned to the Pro Shop within 90 days of purchase.
  • Within 90 days with receipt - exchange or refund by same payment method.
  • Within 90 days without receipt - exchange or PPS return gift card only.
  • Returns after 90 days may be exchanged or given a PPS return Gift Card at the current price. No returns accepted after 180 days.
Non-returnable Items
  • Undergarments (panties/boxers).
  • Custom orders (customized jerseys, personalized items).
  • DVDs may only be returned for credit if the item is unopened. Defective DVDs will only be exchanged for the exact same item.
4. A $5.00 shipping charge will be applied to your reshipped package for all exchanges of different style. Items of the same style exchanged for size or color will not be charged the reshipping fee. Please include a form of payment (Gift Card, credit card, personal check) for the $5.00 shipping charge.

International Customers: Please contact your local customs office for return of duties and taxes. Questions: 1-800-992-5750. Should a product exchange be needed from your original order, a $20.00 shipping fee (U.S. Dollars) will be applied. Please include a form of payment on the exchange form.

11. What is your price adjustment policy?

We are happy to complete a price adjustment for current sale merchandise. This adjustment can be made up to 7 days from the original date of purchase. Clearance, or permanently marked down merchandise, is excluded from our price adjustment policy.

Donation requests must be directed to our Community Relations department. They can be reached by calling 1-920-569-7500.

13. Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, shopping at the Packers Pro Shop is safe and easy. The Packers Pro Shop website is equipped with secure online ordering capability and your personal information is only used by the Packers Organization and will not be sold or distributed to anyone else.

The security of your credit card information as well as all your personal information is our top priority. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for safe and secure commerce transactions. This technology encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

14. How do I cancel an order?

If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel that order, please use our contact form as soon as possible. Please include your order confirmation number and the explain any changes to be made.

15. Are all items listed in stock?

All regularly priced items listed online at the Packers Pro Shop are in stock, unless a backorder date is given. This does not apply to all sale items. Although the Packers Pro Shop website is updated continuously, an item may be out of stock if it is in a "low inventory" state. The Packers Pro Shop staff will contact you if your order contains an item that is no longer in stock.

16. How do I use my Packers Partners discount?

As a Packers Partners member, your membership information is already entered into our database. When you checkout, simply include your Packers Partners membership number in the appropriate blank on the billing page and you will receive your 15% Packers Partners discount on your order.

If you are not a current Packers Partners member, but would like to sign up, click here for details. Please note that your new membership may take 2-3 weeks to process.

26. How long will items remain in my basket if I do not order?

For your convenience, items will remain in your basket for 24 hours. After 24 hours, your basket will be emptied. If you return to the Packers Pro Shop website within 24 hours, all items will be held for an additional 24 hours.
